Friendly Access, the School of Simulation and Visualisation at the Glasgow School of Art and the tech start-up Crag3D are joining effort to create opportunities for those with hidden disabilities who experience the greatest degree of discrimination and isolation to thrive into more confident individuals and contributors in society.
Taking advantage of the technology available within the field of Virtual Reality, we are aiming to create an interactive and immersive experience that will allow the sensory desensitisation in typically challenging environments.
We need your help and would like to engage you in this creation process. To do so, we would like to ask you to fill the following questionnaire in which you will be required to identify those sensory cues that lead you to experience acute stress and anxiety.
Please complete the questionaire before June 18th.
Your answers will allow us to determine what the most typical environmental stressors are, and understand better how challenging environments can become.
All information collected will be strictly confidential and anonymous and stored on a secured system with hard copies kept in a locked desk. The data will be in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988 and identified by numbers
