It is with great pleasure that we at SurfABLE Scotland are able to offer our surf lessons again. These will be carried out using current guidelines laid down by the government with regards to Covid-19. During the pandemic we are offering our lessons at a special price of £15 per surfer.
There will be 3 times available on the day available on the calendar. The lessons on this page will all take place in HOPEMAN. (in front of the pavilion and skate park)
10am – 11am
11:30am – 12:30pm and
1:30pm – 3pm
They will all be group lessons, BUT due to the new government guidelines there can only be up to 5 people from 1 household for each lesson, there will be 2 lessons for each time slot and unless prior arrangement has been arranged with Kev, each athlete MUST have someone with them in the water to support them.
Adults accompanying athletes in a supporting capacity do not pay. If accompanying adults wish to surf the fee to participate is the same and a slot must be booked (please contact us to do so) but this can only be done if athletes in their care are safe and comfortable in the water without assistance or accompanied by another adult.

Please be aware, the structure of each session will be dependent on weather conditions. Reserving a space does not guarantee your surfing experience. In the unlikely event we need to cancel due to weather, we will let you know as soon as we decide. You may need to build this into the individual’s routine so they and you are prepared for this.
Please select how many spaces you require and then choose the date you want (19 September), and then from the box that pops up please choose the time you want to surf. If no time pops up or the date is crossed out then there are no spaces left sorry.
Due to the nature of our booking system, you MIGHT get booked onto a lesson that has reached its household limit (it wasn’t designed for a pandemic and needs a bit of human interaction to cope) if this happens we will contact you to arrange a different time or place.
Due to the current Covid 19 pandemic all of the people you are booking spaces for MUST have their own gear i.e. wet suit gloves etc.
If you do not get taken to the payment page then you HAVE NOT got a space booked.
