In September 2017 we proudly saw the introduction of our Autistic Led Autism Training Team (The A Team) with the aim to provide tailored cross sector organisation training delivery on autism. The first of it’s kind in Moray.

Although our training sessions are centred around the personal experiences of our trainers, all of whom have a diagnosis of autism, we want to make sure our audiences feel comfortable and relaxed with asking any questions. This includes maybe sometimes difficult or sensitive questions and the fear of not asking them because they may cause offence or not asked in a correct politically correct way. Frankly, we don’t care how you ask or present the question as we are not easily offended.

Each training session is 2.5 hours, usually with at least 2 or 3 training team members present. We come to you and we like to keep an audience group to around a maximum of 20.
